Air Liquide 100 year ; Adventure in Japan

 1902 French physicist, Georges Claude, succeeded in producing liquid air. Air Liquide was established by entrepreneur, Paul Delorme.  
 1907 Japan's first air separation plant was set up in Osaka and the oxygen manufacturing business was launched (Air Liquide established itself in the Japanese market).
 1928 Practical School of Welding & Cutting was established.
 1930 Teikoku Sanso (present AIR LIQUIDE Japan Ltd.) was incorporated in Japan.
 1934 Osaka Sanso Kogyo, Ltd. was established.
 1953 Japan's first liquefied oxygen plant was opened (Amagasaki).
 1954 Began direct delivery of liquefied oxygen to customers.
 1960 Succeeded in producing the highest degree in purity, at 99.9999%, of liquefied nitrogen.
 1973 Relocate Equipment Manufacturing Plant to Harima, Hyougo Prefecture, and enhanced the Plant Engineering business (present Air Liquide Engineering).
 1976 Delivered liquefied oxygen and liquefied nitrogen for launching N Rocket.
 1988 Built Japan's first silane production plant.
 1994 Ina Plant was established. Began operation as the most-advanced semi conducting material gas plant.
 2003 Air Liquide Japan and Osaka Sanso Kogyo, Ltd. consolidated their domestic industrial and medical gas operations to incorporate Japan Air Gases, Ltd.
  Opened the JHFC Kawasaki Hydrogen Station for fuel cell vehicles.
 2005 Operate Japan's largest and most-advanced air separation plant at Seitetsu Oxyton.
 2007 100 years have passed since the beginning of gas business.
Air Liquide Japan and Japan Air Gases, Ltd. have been integrated to introduce AIR LIQUIDE Japan Ltd.
